Despite the relentless efforts of doctors over a 17-day period, the life of 5-month-old Sarath, the son of Anusha and Anji from Sheikhpet, could not be saved. The heart-wrenching incident occurred on December 8 when Sarath, left asleep in his cradle while his parents were at work, was found crying with injuries upon their return in the evening. Rushed to the nearest hospital and subsequently referred to Nilofar and later to Osmania Hospital for advanced treatment, Sarath tragically passed away on Monday morning, leaving his grieving parents, Anusha and Anji, in inconsolable sorrow.
